Renata has successfully lead the delivery of complex transformation programmes, working with teams spread across more than 15 countries and doing business with more than 20 countries. She has worked across the Retail, Real Estate, Hospitality, F&B, Automotive, Aerospace & Deference, Consumer Goods, Telco, Banking and Oil Refining industries.
In the last 5 years, Renata has been focused in the Middle East as the Director of Customer Experience for Emaar Group and Meraas Holding. Previously, she was the Regional Customer head of ‘Ernst & Young Growth Solutions’ for Middle East, India and North Africa.Before arriving to the Middle East, Renata spent 11 years working in Management Consulting with Accenture in the UK, Europe and South America.Renata’s passion is travelling and coffee, as a result, she owns a coffee shop in Spain that offers a blend of flavours from different countries and cultures.
